We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Business Strategy. In this crucial role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. As a partner in the firm, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and managing client engagements, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in strategy and business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and
- Lead the development of strategic business plans, process improvements, and transformation initiatives for clients across various industries.
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting our clients’ businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client operations, identify pain points, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Manage client engagements from inception to successful implementation, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and driving sales efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and upholding high standards of quality.
Skills/Experience
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements in Consumer Technology or Automotive industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as business process optimization, supply chain management, organizational restructuring, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate compelling narratives and influence decision-makers.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable results.
- Willingness to travel as per client needs.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
